About Dr. Kyle
Dr. Kyle Willets, a board-certified physical therapist with nearly two decades of experience is the founder of Alpine Fit. She received high honors as a doctoral level graduate from Ithaca College and went on to be nationally recognized as a leader in the field.
Her career has ranged from providing trauma-level rehab to preventative medicine and orthopedics. She has completed hundreds and hundreds of hours of continuing education in manual therapy and exercise and advanced certifications in functional medicine & nutrition.
She is passionate about helping people overcome health challenges so they can get moving, living, and thriving the way they desire.
When she’s not in the office, she’s generally found heading to a pilates class, hiking her favorite local trails with her pup Talula, skate skiing, chowing down on fresh foods, or mountain biking near and far.

- Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Ithaca College
- Masters in Physical Therapy from Ithaca College, with honors
- Clinical Science, BA from Ithaca College
