Our PTs only treat on a one-on-one basis for an entire hour with their patients and we do not use techs or aids. From eval to discharge, each client receives personalized care and attention, exceptional customer service, and has the full attention and energy of their therapist for every moment of their care.

Alpine Fit opened doors 9 years ago and we are excited to be growing our dedicated team. We currently staff 3 physical therapists, massage therapist, functional medicine practitioner, and a marketing/social media director. We are looking to hire an additional PT for the Boulder clinic. 

PTs working with our clinic are passionate about fitness, keeping active and about providing our unique brand of individualized care. 

PTs are asked to teach workshops on a monthly basis and hold a high degree of active community involvement. We are looking for an enthusiastic go-getter who wants to work with the owner to build this unique business, not someone only interested in working within the business and for the owner. 

The role available: a part-time physical therapist role with opportunity for full time and management at our clinic based in Boulder, CO.

* Bonus: if you’re interested in women’s health/pelvic floor physical therapy and/or dry needling as this would be a big asset to our company. 

Responsibilities and Activities:

• Deliver excellent clinical care and do what’s necessary to achieve the best possible outcomes for every patient.

• Set clear clinical and lifestyle goals with patients and guide them toward achieving those outcomes within an appropriate timeframe.

• Build long-term, trust-based relationships with patients that support both their success and the clinic’s growth.

• Confidently and clearly communicate the value of our services and your clinical expertise, including during conversations about pricing and plans of care.

• Provide a consistently high level of customer experience that encourages patients to stay engaged and return for care.

• Support organic referrals by delivering exceptional care and service.

• Help convert appropriate discovery or introductory sessions into full evaluations.

• Guide patients through a complete plan of care that aligns with their goals and expectations.

• Maintain timely, accurate, and professional clinical documentation.

• Participate in workshops, community events, and outreach opportunities as appropriate.

• Contribute thoughtfully to the clinic’s presence on social media and other educational platforms.

• Proactively follow up with patients who have fallen off schedule when appropriate.

Skills / Competencies Required:

• Active Colorado Physical Therapy license.

• Strong orthopedic and sports medicine clinical skills, with a commitment to ongoing growth and development.

• Excellent communication skills, both clinical and interpersonal.

• Ability to explain recommendations and plans of care in a way that builds confidence and trust.

• Comfortable being held accountable and open to feedback and coaching.

• Ability to connect with patients as people—not just cases.

• Comfort working in a data-informed environment where outcomes and progress are tracked.

• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.

• High attention to detail and ability to manage responsibilities efficiently.

Role & Location:

• Part-time Physical Therapist role with opportunity to grow into full-time.

Compensation:

• $90,000 – $110,000/year (typical full-time range)

• Opportunity to earn more through profit sharing
