“I have seen Dr. Kyle for nutritional & Ayurvedic wellness coaching. She is a true healer— and the best part is everything is evidence based & scientifically backed. She’s the rare complete package; blending eastern & western healing modalities to holistically address her client’s issues at the root cause. She does not just resolve pain or problems— she helps elevate you to previously unimagined levels of health & wellbeing.
My journey to health with Dr. Kyle began years ago, and continues today. I initially began seeing Kyle for alignment issues; psoas & postural related back & hip pain. What began as expert physical therapy for what seemed (to me) like surface level sports injuries blossomed into a much deeper & more profound reexamination of my entire approach to my body, to food, to sleep, to lifestyle & to all movement in general.
As Kyle began addressing my injuries it became clear they were mere symptoms of much deeper lifestyle imbalances. I lived an extremely stressful & intense life as a stepmom to 3 teens, working professional, & recovering college athlete— meaning I tended to be Gung Ho, without ever mindfully giving myself time to rest, rarely putting my own wellness needs before the needs of others, & never considering the impacts on my body, mind, and spirit. On top of that, about a year into seeing Kyle my husband and I began going through a long IVF & implantation process to get pregnant, so I had the added layer of intensive hormonal therapy. In other words; I was a mess.
Over multiple seasons of gradual, progressive, insightful appointments, Kyle peeled the onion on layers of dysfunction, helping me make long term adjustments to my diet, lifestyle, and mindset that actually stuck. There were weeks I felt like I made no progress at all or even backtracked severely, but her endlessly positive, progress-oriented, nonjudgmental & encouraging approach would always find a silver lining in my week. She’d intuitively recalibrate goals to keep them ever-attainable, & make sure I always felt like our treatment plan was manageable.
There were plenty of times I felt like there was just no way I had time or energy to receive this type of consistent nutritional & lifestyle coaching with my frequent travels & hectic life, & I’d be embarrassed, overwhelmed, late to appointments, having failed to implement any of the things we’d discussed in our last appointment… and yet I never felt judged for my perceived failures or discouraged from my plan. Kyle’s loving smile, remarkable ability to hold space regardless of where I was at, and her calm & wise disposition are truly what I believe allowed me to stick with it. She is a gem of a practitioner, & I can’t imagine a more well rounded practice in Boulder. Anyone who receives care from Kyle will come away better for it.
Fast forward several years— my husband sees Kyle for physical therapy, I have a beautiful, healthy 6 month old baby boy, & I never even think about the things we’ve worked on over the years as they’re now so ingrained in my daily routines. I’ve incorporated her recommendations & guidance to the point it’s truly second nature. I sleep far better, eat mindfully, have eliminated all problematic foods without any cravings, consume way less caffeine throughout the day (& need less! Even with a baby!) I can center myself with meditation & mindful movement & stretches in moments of stress without it feeling like a chore. And most of all I feel seen & celebrated for all I’ve accomplished.
I’m now on a postpartum journey where a whole new host of hormonal fluctuations and structural issues present themselves— giving birth & caring for a large, heavy baby are not without their physical impacts. But I know with time & gentle, progressive care from Kyle I will heal & once again be thriving.
Could not recommend her highly enough. Seeing Dr. Kyle is a gift to yourself that will keep on giving.”
